Exercise classes. Bonsai Chi is a fusion of flowing movements and stillness of the mind.  Low-impact, whole body exercise, suitable for all ages and abilities.  Can be done sitting or standing.  Many benefits can be gained; it improves balance, flexibility, agility, hand-eye co-ordination, and posture.  It's about listening to your body, not challenging it.  Improves mindfulness and wellbeing, calms the mind.  No previous experience is required.
